Our honey is pure, all natural honey produced in the New Albany, Ohio area.  It is not heated to high temperatures or pressure filtered.  The honey is extracted from the comb and then drained through a simple, fine mesh filter to remove large pieces of wax or other particles.  Our honey is extracted throughout the beekeeping season which means the flavor and color can change slightly depending upon what is in bloom within the immediate area. 

The bees have done a great job producing a very nice honey this year.  Honey is a healthy alternative to other sweeteners and is great for baking, cooking or just eating!  Honey also makes a great gift.  We hope that you enjoy it.
