Pure local honey - no additives or harsh treatment
Our honey bees here in central Ohio make wildflower honey, a delightful blend of numerous floral sources like dandelions, fruit trees, black locust (acacia), clover, and many others. We ensure the bees have plenty of honey to stay healthy before we harvest any of the excess. We hope you enjoy eating the honey as much as we love working the bees that produce it!

Our pure honey has been gently warmed and strained through a fine mesh which removes any large particles while allowing the microscopic pollen grains to remain in the honey. This honey stays liquid longer than raw honey.
Packaged in glass or plastic containers, choose what is most convenient for you.
Our raw honey is unheated and bottled directly from the honeycomb. Raw honey may contain pieces of beeswax, propolis, and of course pollen. It generally crystallizes (or sugars) more quickly. Our raw honey is only packaged in glass containers.
Raw comb honey is also available seasonally while supplies last.
A popular choice, our creamed honey is a smooth spreadable form of honey. Encouraged to form a fine crystal through seeding and chilling, our creamed honey has a smooth, creamy texture great for spreading. It can be stored at room temperature or kept in the refrigerator for a firmer consistency. We offer a variety of flavors, including plain, cinnamon, chocolate, ginger, lemon, orange, lavender, etc.
